Join us for a free beginner-focused workout designed specifically for newcomers who want to learn the fundamentals the right way before jumping into full bootcamp sessions.
This workout is separate from our regular bootcamp and intentionally capped for quality. I’ll be working hands-on with each participant, breaking down movements, correcting form, and providing personalized modifications based on your current fitness level, injuries, or limitations.
