Empire Oyster Matinee

Join Museum Curator, Rachel Dolhanczyk, for popcorn and a screening of Empire Oysters. View 5 short films about Long Island oysters produced, & directed by Kevin Joseph. Following the screening there will be a virtual Q&A with Kevin Joseph, owner of Empire Oysters, which operates raw bars, catering services and tours of oyster farms in Charlestown, North Carolina and New York. Free for members, $7 for non-members paid upon arrival.
