A fun and supportive introduction to tumbling!
We’ll work on:
• Forward rolls (teddy bear rolls)
• Log rolls and crab walks
• Balance beam practice
• Bunny hops and jumping with two feet
• Listening, coordination, and following directions

📣 Cheer Basics | Ages 6+ | $10
Perfect for energetic kids ready to jump into cheer!
We’ll cover:
• Basic motions (High V, T, Daggers)
• Beginner jumps (toe touch, pencil jump)
• Chants and group cheers
• Learning a short routine
• Teamwork and performing with confidence
