Herbal Infused Oils

Learn different techniques to produce safe and potent infused oils for culinary and medicinal purposes. Cheryl Karcher of Hilltop Herbals, LLC will give an overview of different oils and the various herbs to be used; dried and fresh herb infusion procedures; and provide a full demonstration including herb prep, blender emulsion, and alcohol intermediary procedure, using different oils for different applications. This class will include a rosemary oil tasting, notes and recipes to take home, and you’ll also take home your own custom-blended infused oil. Registration is required - $52.00.

An intro lecture is taking place on Sunday, 8/31/25 at Well-Sweep during Fall Flower Festival (a free lecture, no registration required). You are not required to attend the intro to take part in this class, but registration is required for this class.

• Call the farm to register - $52.00 per registration (call us at 908-852-5390); or
• Register through Eventbrite - $52.00 per registration + tax + Eventbrite fees = $61.13 total per registration

Cancellation/refund policy:Cancellations 10 days or more in advance of the class may receive a refund of:

• if you registered through the farm - registration fee minus $5.00 cancellation fee; or
• if you registered through Eventbrite - registration fee in full, minus Eventbrite fees/taxes
