Join us for a creative and hands-on ceramics workshop where you'll design and craft your very own charcuterie platter- out of clay! Inspired by the textures, curves, and functionality of artisanal grazing platters, this session will guide you through the process of hand-building a ceramic platter that’s perfect for entertaining or everyday elegance.
Whether you're a beginner or have experience with clay, you’ll learn techniques for shaping, refining, and adding personal touches to your piece. We’ll explore form, surface design, and glazing options to help bring your vision to life.
All materials, tools, and instruction are provided. Your finished board will be kiln-fired and ready for pick-up at a later date- just in time for your next gathering!
When: Wednesday 10th September at 6-8pm
Where: The Seed Art School- 3/1a Blackbutt Rd. Port Macquarie NSW 2444
Your pottery takes 2-3 weeks to dry, then we will bisque fire it. You will book into a glaze session and return to glaze your piece, then pick it up a few days after.
