Each dish reflects authentic flavours and preparation methods drawn from the Nile Valley over 3,000 years ago.

🏺 Egyptologist Laura Ranieri RoyAs you dine, Laura Ranieri Roy, a local Egyptologist and founder of Ancient Egypt Alive, will transport you through time with engaging stories about daily life, ancient ingredients, and the rituals of food, drink, and feasting in the time of the Pharaohs.
