We'll begin by gently moving our bodies through calming yoga 🤍🧘♀️, followed by grounding stillness with guided meditation 🧘🏽♂️, and then melt into the healing vibrations of sound — featuring crystal singing bowls, rain stick, chimes, and more 🎶💗.
Together, we’ll release what no longer serves, create space for clarity, and realign with the wisdom that already lives within us 🌬️🌸🔮.
To complete this nourishing journey, we’ll pull oracle cards ✨, sip warm herbal tea 🍵, and share from the heart in a safe and sacred space 🤍🌿.
