Join us for a special hour of energy building activities to help you with aches and pains, stiffness, fatigue, sleep, breathing, mental clarity and more. Dr Michelle Greenwell, PhD CIH, will be providing simple self-care tools that you can use daily to help you feel your best and bring joy into your day and activities. You can register at . The session is FREE, and there is a deeper dive on the 30th of October for $30 for those wanting to have personal questions and challenges addressed.
