Visite du Calen de Port de Bouc -Quartier Anse Aubran

Le Calen, c'est le filet qui sert à remonter le poisson et surtout le muge (ou mulet femelle) dont on extrait délicatement la poche d'œufs pour faire la poutargue, appelé également "caviar provençal". Vous découvrirez le calen de Port de Bouc remis en service depuis 2023 par Laurent Lopez et Mickaël Tommasini.
Visites gratuites de 14h à 15h, tous les mardis à partir du 29 juillet jusqu'au mardi 26 août 2025.
