Under the healing light of the Full Moon, we gather for a deeply nourishing Hatha practice to soften the body, quiet the mind, and awaken the spirit. Through slow, intentional movement, sacred breath, and guided intention-setting, we’ll release stored energy from the hips and spine — places where emotions and memories are held. This is your invitation to surrender what no longer serves and realign with your inner light as you step into the new lunar cycle renewed and clear.
