Join the Animal Welfare League of Charlotte County for a morning that blends fitness, fun, and furry companionship. This unique mat Pilates class pairs mindful movement with the uplifting presence of adorable adoptable pups who are ready to brighten your day. 🐶💪

Led by Pilates with Angelica, this energizing mat Pilates session focuses on strengthening your mind and body through core stability, flexibility, and breathwork. But this isn’t your average class—our adorable AWL pups will be roaming the room, offering cuddles, tail wags, and plenty of motivation. ✨
Whether a pup curls up beside your mat or playfully wanders by to say hello, their presence adds a joyful, heartwarming element that makes this workout truly unforgettable.
