Join us for our 3rd Annual Appalachian Trail Run!
All Vehicles with 4x4/4wd are welcome!
Stock Vehicles like Wranglers, Broncos, 4Runners are more than capable.
This is not a light trip! We will be gone all day on the trails! From around 9am until 7pm. It will get dark. The “Top of the World” Trail is in the Top 10 places in the Eastern US for stargazing at night time.
Highly recommend getting a hotel/airbnb nearby.

SCHEDULE:
Saturday, October 25th
8:00am -
Meet at Sheetz Gas Station.
101 Main St, Port Allegany, Pa
Fill up, Get Food, Air down (15-20psi rec) for smoother ride.
8:45am Drivers meeting (discuss radio & handle any questions)
9:00am - 15 mile trip to the trailhead.
9:30am - Enter main trailhead
1:00pm -2pm - LUNCH
7:00pm- arrive at The Top of the World Trail. “The Bucktail Overlook” near Driftwood, PA.

• Airing down will help with overall smoothness of the ride. You can purchase a tire deflator on Amazon or borrow a friends! You can air up at a gas station on your way home! (Recommend 15-20 PSI)
• Once you fill up in PA a full tank is enough to get you down the trail and back to Sheetz.
•we use GMRS Radios.

• Multiple scenic spots for photographs.
• Over 80 miles of trails. From light rock, light snow, dirt, and small puddles. Nothing challenging that a 4x4/4wd vehicle can’t handle.
• Will go up to over 2000 ft in elevation
• Bring cooler for drinks, food, etc…. We eat lunch on the trail.
• No Bathroom Buildings or Outhouses. Bring Toilet paper and enjoy the outdoors.
• Buffalo is a 3 Hour trip home from the end of the tour.
This trip is about enjoying 4x4s, good people, good views & creating good times for the whole family!
