School's Out! Self-Care Workshop for Girls ages 9-12

This inclusive workshop is designed to support all girls in exploring and practicing self-care in a fun, relaxed, and creative environment. Whether you’re looking to unwind, express yourself, or discover new ways to manage stress, this workshop offers a variety of activities that cater to different interests and learning styles. Activities include icebreakers, mindfulness exercises, creative crafts, and vision board creation to inspire personal growth. Everyone is welcome to participate at their own pace and the activities are thoughtfully structured to provide a positive and engaging experience for every girl.
