Save the date! We are celebrating National Seed Exchange Day on January 31st with our annual seed exchange!
Location: Poolesville Presbyterian Church from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
Here is how it works:
Free! Drop in any time during the swap.
What to bring: Partial or full seed packets you no longer need, seeds you have saved (please label with variety, year saved, and separate into multiple envelopes for easy exchange) , plants or bulbs to share, seed starting equipment (containers etc.) you are no longer using and wish to share.
-Tables are set up by categories. You place seeds you have to share on tables in the appropriate category
-Large variety of seed packets will be available from the Poolesville Community Seed Library and placed on tables
-Come early for best selection, especially if you have seeds to share
-If you don’t have seeds to share you can still participate
- Seeds are free, select seeds you would like to try in your garden
