That’s why we created the Savannah Birth & Baby Support Group a place where you can show up exactly as you are and feel supported, seen, and understood.
This free, informal group meets twice a month and is led by trauma-informed doulas, midwives, lactation consultants, and other women’s health providers. We’re here to hold space for your questions, your challenges, and your stories without pressure or judgment.
You’ll find support for feeding (breast, bottle, or both), postpartum recovery, and the emotional realities of new motherhood. We also talk about sleep, body changes, and how to rebuild confidence in this new chapter of life. But more than anything, this is a place for connection.
No sign-ups. No expectations. Just an hour to breathe, share, and know you’re not alone.
