Learn all about mindfulness in my 8 week course, conveniently online so you can learn from the comfort of your own home, but benefit from learning with others.
Together we learn mindfulness and mindful meditation in a friendly and accessible way and combine with some exercises from cognitive behavioural therapy, helping you to look at life through a different lens, leading to contentment and peace in your life.
If you’ve never tried mindfulness before, this course is a perfect introduction for you, and if you’ve tried it before this course will give you a modern and fresh update on your mindfulness practice.
My modern approach means we don’t sit on cushions on the floor, or sit in silence for long periods, we interact, support and find our way together, helping you discover how mindfulness can change how you view yourself, others and the world around you, helping you become less reactive and more aware of your own needs.

Over the course of the weekly group sessions, we’ll explore:
· Mindful breathing and body awareness
· Understanding the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviour
· Techniques for managing stress, low mood, and anxiety
· Developing kindness and compassion for yourself and others
· Building a regular mindfulness practice you can use in daily life
