RCT Food Co-operative Workshop

This workshop is part two of two - you don't need to have attended the first to join us at the second! In part one, we looked at generating ideas of how we can work together to meet demand, and looked at answering the following questions:

• How can we work together to create co-operative ways of working?
• What contributes to the financial sustainability of food projects?
• What are the principles of co-operation, and how can they guide our work?
• If you’re currently involved in a food project, what’s working, what isn’t, and what changes could be made to support a co-operative structure?
  
  

This follow-up workshop will look at developing further ideas, seek to put them into practice and look at the following questions:

• Understanding what needs to change in our current food systems, and what projects could meet this need?
• What will be the impact of the funding, and how is this measured?
• How do we ensure we are allocating the funding where it matters most?
