Join us for a Peer Support Session at our Hub in Pontypridd, where you’ll find a warm, welcoming, and understanding space to:
✅ Connect with other parents and carers who understand
✅ Get free advice and support from our knowledgeable team
✅ Share your concerns, ask questions, or simply take a breather
✅ Learn strategies around school, services, and everyday challenges
✅Joining us for this session is RCT Resilient Families, The Children with Additional Needs Service (CANS) Team, to offer advice and information about their service.
