Monthly meditations at Pete's Shop

Join us for a monthly meditation group above Pete's Shop. We will be using simple meditation techniques like breath, sound and body scanning, culminating in silent meditation. The group will run on a donation basis and we will meet either once or twice a month depending on interest. Please let us know if you intend to join as space is limited.
