Offload - Men's mental fitness

Offload is a free of charge men's mental fitness and wellbeing programme. With over 15,000 adults benefitting since it’s launch in 2017, Offload has become a staple part of the Rugby League community, providing a much-needed space where we can engage the community with group based sessions.

Our Offload programme will be running Mondays from 8th September to 13th October at 6pm-7pm and held at the Millennium Stadium in Featherstone.
