JAZZ@TheGrange: Christmas Special

An evening of fine jazz, festive dining, and literary flair at The Grange. Celebrate the festive season in style with The MPR Jazz Ensemble, one of the UK’s leading jazz groups, performing live at The Grange. Expect sophisticated swing, smooth standards, and festive flair in a warm, cabaret-style setting.

Hosted by Ian Clayton, who opens the evening with a moving reading of Frank O’Hara’s “The Day Lady Died” — a poetic tribute to Billie Holiday — the event blends great music, storytelling, and atmosphere.

Enjoy a hand-prepared festive buffet from The Yorkshire Catering Company, featuring British classics with French and Mediterranean touches.
