Join us for a unique relaxation experience with a festive twist! Pop one of our headsets on, get comfy and let us soothe and rejuvenate you with our Festive Forest sound journey. We create a live sound immersion designed to bring you deep relaxation. Expect beautiful angelic vocals, an array of world instruments, ambient melodic bass and the magical sounds of a twilight woodland, crackling fire and snowfall. We follow this with a grounding gong bath. You’ll receive all the health benefits expected at a sound bath via the frequencies of our instruments in the room AND an enhanced experience, the privacy of a personal sonic cocoon created by radio headset, so you can fall deeper in to relaxation with less distraction. We'll finish with free festive treats and mulled wine!
Please bring something comfortable to lie or sit on, a pillow and a blanket.
We will close the doors at the start of the event to protect the peace of those relaxing with us. Please arrive on time as we really don't want anyone to be locked outside the building.

This event is not suitable for people with an unshielded pacemaker due to electro magnetic radio waves.
Although the headsets are fully adjustable for comfort and volume, the sound produced by the gongs may be too loud for those with audio sensitivity. The deep frequencies of the gong are very powerful, providing many health benefits but may affect some people negatively. Anxiety can be triggered and trauma stored in the body can be activated for those with mental sensitivities. Deep vibrations and resting on the floor may be unsuitable for those who are pregnant. We ask that you consider these important notes before booking and take precautions if necessary.
