Guided Meditation & Sound Bath

Join us for a calming evening of restorative sound and guided meditation, led by Hypnotherapist & Meditation Instructor Anna Antanies and Sound Practitioner Jill Michel. Whether you’re navigating grief or simply craving a quiet moment to reconnect, this session offers gentle support for both body and mind.

This immersive experience encourages emotional release, nervous system reset, and quiet reflection.

You’re welcome to experience the session in whatever way feels best for you. Lie back with provided mats, blankets, and eye masks, or relax in a comfortable chair — both will be available.
