Sunrise Pilates by the Pompano Pier

Wake up and flow with us! Join Elisha for a fun and fiery 50-minute Pilates class on the Great Lawn. We’ll mix slow and spicy full-body moves that feel as good as that first sip of coffee. All levels welcome—just bring your mat, your good vibes, and get ready to rise (and maybe even shine). 🌞

📍Location: The classes will take place at the Great Lawn in Pompano Beach Park! The address is 20-98 N Pompano Beach Blvd, Pompano Beach, FL 33062

🅿️ Parking: You can park in the lot directly across the street! Please give yourself time to find a spot and park as this area gets busy during the Winter season.
