Candlelit Energetic Alignment & Meditation

Join us for a delicious candlelit practice on the beach where you’ll be guided through meditation, breath-work and energetic cleanse to melt your worries away and leave you feeling relaxed.

Reiki is a Japanese hands on healing modality used to promote relaxation, reduce stress and promote healing. It is one of the energetic tools, in combination with prana-yama, breath-work, used in this session.

YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND DATE OF THE EVENT IN THE COMMENTS TO BE ADDED TO THE LIST.

What to bring: Yoga mat and or blanket, bolsters and or anything to make it a relaxing experience.

Parking: Self parking lot is available past valet on the right side, OR valet for $5

Location: In the event of rain, or too much wind, the class will be hosted under the south tiki, OR lawn. Please check in with front desk for guidance.
