VIBE BREATHWORK CEREMONY

Breathwork is a sacred ceremony with the self to unravel, reveal and bring light and breath to any contractions within the body, mind and life experiences.

As we fill the body with conscious prana, feelings, thoughts and experiences that may be unmetabolized - have nowhere to go but out with the exhale ! It can be a very visual experience or more of a sounding and moving experience but always we emerge with a renewed sense of uplevelled awareness and freedom.

We begin with movement then I will be guiding you on a 50min supine breathe threaded on a beautiful playlist... we end with a deep relaxation and chai for grounding.

I am a level 2 Breath of Bliss facilitator and am honoured to be offering this transformational practice in my community.
