Cars 2002 and OLDER require full cages!
All convertible and targa top cars must be caged.
Drivers Fee $250
Each additional crew member spot $25
Driver cap: 20 spots
Each driver can bring up to +3 crew members as long as those crew members are coming in YOUR vehicle. We do not have space for parking additional crew member vehicles.
Your drivers fee covers your driver spot ONLY. Your crew may not drive your drift car here.
•Drivers roll in and tech is 10-11 AM
•DO NOT show up EARLY. This property has guests checking out prior to our arrival so showing up earlier than 10AM is not acceptable.
•DO NOT SHOW UP LATE. Missing the drivers meeting will result in you not being able to participate in the track day.
•Drivers meeting @ 11:30 AM
•Track goes hot @ NOON
•45 minute hot track sessions with 15 minute breaks in between.
•Break at 2 pm for lunch
•Track cold 6:30pm
•Gates closed 7:30pm
This includes a track pass for drifting only. The other property amenities and activities are off limits. However, you and your guests may use the free-play arcade.
We will provide lunch for everyone. This typically includes burgers/hotdogs or sandwiches and chips.
NO ALCOHOL is permitted during this track session. Any use of alcohol while on the property is strictly prohibited during this session.
•YOU MUST BE at least 18 years old to be on this property during this session.
•EVERYONE MUST SIGN the electronic liability waiver PRIOR to arriving or you will be denied access to the property at the gate. We will send this out ahead of time and it takes 60 seconds to do. When you receive this form make sure you and your +1s fill it out promptly.
•No pets are allowed on the property.
•The Drift Mansion staff will be parking drivers and doing tech as you roll in.
•Please maintain close but comfortable parking proximity to the rig next to you, and park STRAIGHT with your truck and trailer. Staff will be there to help guide you. We do this to make sure everyone has enough space to park and pit.
•You will be pitting in a compacted gravel lot. The facility has nice boards to put your jack on but if you need to work on your car bring whatever you need knowing that you’re pitting in gravel.
**YOU MUST WEAR PANTS, CLOSE-TOED SHOES, AND A SHIRT WITH NORMAL SLEEVES**
•A T-shirt will suffice but no sleeve-less shirts. This also applies to your +1 if they are riding in your car. No one will be allowed on track with shorts on or tank tops etc.
With the limited number of drivers, and the pre-determined layouts, everyone will be able to pack in A TON of seat time. While the asphalt surface is new and easier on tires, there will be tire changing on site. We recommend you bring as many spare wheels and tires already mounted as you need. However if you need tires changed on site it will be $15 per wheel and $5 for tire disposal. We will not change tires on multi piece wheels or do reverse mounts.
Tech rules will be posted in the comments and pinned. A thorough tech inspection of your vehicle will be performed prior to use on the track.
You will be FULLY responsible for any damage caused by you on the property. This includes but isn’t limited to plastic barriers, light poles, and grass. If you are accepted, we assume you have the ability to confidently and safely navigate a drift car around this course. The waiver you will sign holds you liable to any damages to the property that you’re involved with. Be aware 90% of the time there isn’t drifting allowed at this facility. This is a very limited opportunity for us to drive here.
PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. All payments are final upon registering and there will be NO REFUNDS for any reason.

***TECH RULES***
All cars must pass tech inspection Everyone attending the private rental MUST sign the liability waiver prior to arrival.
•Must be 18 years of age
•No loose items inside of vehicle
•Fire extinguisher
•No fluid leaks whatsoever
•No missing lug nuts
•Jeans/ pants required / shirts with sleeves (No tank tops)
•Only one passenger is allowed in the vehicle
•Socks over fluids
•DOT OR SFI approved helmet
•4 point harness minimum
•Battery tie down is required (no ratchet straps)
•All seats are required to be fully bolted down and secured
•Cages for this session are required at the Drift Mansion if your vehicle is older than 2002 or is a convertible/targa top
