Play with Clay!

This class will empower participants to be creative, relax and work with their hands. We use natural, air-dry clay to express ourselves. There is no right or wrong way to use clay ,since the idea here is to create and express from within. Depending on the level of the learner, we incorporate other mindfulness practices like stretches and hand yoga. No experience needed!

Dates/Time:

Fridays (4:00-5:00pm)

Jan 2 and 16

Feb 13 and 27

Recommended for:

Ages 6 years and older

Participants under the age of 18 years old will need to have their parent or guardian sign a permission form. .
