Cooking by the Book: When in Rome

Rick Werner will host When In Rome, a cooking class that will be held at the Pomeroy Library on Saturday, November 15th at 12:00 PM! Learn to make (and sample) some delicious dishes.

Here's what's on the menu:

Antipasti
Marinated Olive & Cheese Ring

Carciofi Fritti (Deep-fried Artichoke Hearts)

Roasted Red Pepper Salad

Pasta
Cacio e Pepe - A signature Roman pasta dish that literally translates to cheese & pepper.

Insalata (Salad)
Fennel & Orange Salad

Dolci (Dessert)

Authentic Italian Tiramisu - This authentic Italian dessert is made with coffee soaked Savoiardi (lady fingers), a smooth, creamy mascarpone filling with cocoa powder to finish.
