Step onto the mat and begin your yoga journey with our gentle and supportive 4-week program. Designed for complete beginners, this series will introduce you to the foundational elements of yoga in a way that feels accessible, empowering, and enjoyable.
Over four weekly classes, we’ll explore:
• Basic asana (yoga postures) to build strength, flexibility, and awareness
• Breathwork techniques to connect body and mind
• Simple meditation practices to cultivate calm and clarity
Each week builds upon the last, helping you develop a steady and confident practice. You are encouraged to attend all four sessions to gain the full benefit of the program.
