About the event

"Soul Collage" workshop with Sheila Southon.

SoulCollage® is an artistic and therapeutic method of self-exploration. It was designed by a psychotherapist in California decades ago and uses images, imagination, and intuition to "do an end run around the ego" which means we find things through the process that maybe we ourselves were not aware of. It's very common for an individual to have an insight that turns out to be relevant for everyone else in the group too.
