Get ready for a cozy, flavor-packed evening in this hands-on culinary class!

We’ll start by building a beautiful roasted vegetable tower, layered with your choice of creamy goat cheese or bold gorgonzola, then finished with microgreens and toasted pumpkin seeds for the perfect crunch.

Next, you’ll learn how to create tender, pull-apart short ribs in the Instant Pot, full of rich, savory flavor and served alongside a creamy, comforting risotto. Along the way, we’ll cover some fun, approachable techniques that make impressive meals feel totally doable at home.

To end on a sweet note, we’ll dip and finish chocolate-dipped cannoli, the perfect indulgent dessert to round out the evening.
