POP UP BAKING CLASS Rainbow Cookie Class

This is a great recipe to have and use all the time.

Everyone will be learning:

*How to scale the recipe

*Proper Mixing

*Divide the batter

*Coloring the Base Batter

*How to use and off set spatula

*Baking/Timing/Flipping the layers

*Filling the layers, Finishing the layers with Chocolate Ganache and Coating Chocolate.

*How to cut them, properly

They are filled with a Raspberry Filling. These little beauties are full of flavor and so pretty. We will split up the Cookies to bring home and share.
