Screen Smart U: Navigating the Digital World with Balance and Intention
In a world where screen time dominates daily life, especially for kids and teens, it’s more important than ever to build healthy digital habits. This course explores the psychological, social, and physical impacts of excessive screen use, while empowering participants with research-backed strategies to develop a more intentional and mindful relationship with social media technology. Through engaging discussion, current statistics, and practical tips, participants will walk away informed and ready to make changes that enhance well-being, connection, and digital literacy.

Instructor: Dr. Cheri Kembell and Dr. Kalah Kemp

Class Length: 1 session, 2 hours

Dates: October 20

Time: 6:30 to 8PM
