During this 8 week Tribal Beats Dance course you will:
🔥 Warm up your body, release any tension and become more flexible and agile

We will dance to a fusion of world music connecting with the tribal beats of different cultures.
Our dance will explore rhythms and dances that connect us to our spirit, tell a story and celebrate community.
Classes will also include funk and soul music allowing us to loosen up, break free and immerse ourselves in the beat!

We also have a Tribal Beats weekly dance classes at Wyoming Wednesdays 10:30-11:30am You are more than welcome to do a make up class over there.
