New Mom Support Group

Join us (in-person, or virtually!) for our New Moms Support Workshop, a nurturing space designed to empower and connect mothers in the beautiful yet challenging journey of motherhood. This workshop combines educational sessions, supportive group discussions, and creative activities to help you find your community and foster lasting friendships with fellow moms.

In our educational segments, you'll gain valuable insights on topics such as nutrition, self-care, and the emotional well-being of new parents. Our facilitator, Jennifer Herman, a certified Perinatal Mental Health Doula, will provide practical tips and evidence-based information to help you navigate the early stages of motherhood with confidence. Babies under one year are welcome to join!

The support group element encourages open sharing and connection in a safe and judgment-free environment. To add a fun and creative twist, we'll incorporate artistic activities like crafting, journaling, and relaxation techniques that allow you to express your feelings and explore your identity as a new mom.
