Join us for a live version of our Calmaura App Seasonal Experience.
Enter and grab a refreshing nourishing juice from Joy Juice and settle in with your friends and a chat session. We will then lead into some amazing stretching, followed by a sound bath then close with breath-work and journaling to ground ourselves for the winter season.
We will then conduct a calming and restorative seasonal experience, including candle light, reflection, stretching and positive affirmations to ourselves—inducing warm fuzzies during the cold season.
We will wrap the event up with a sound bath and group reflection and discussion.
Amazing thank you gifts will include a small journal, candle, incense and an affirmation card.
