Winter invites us inward — to soften, slow down, and replenish. This one hour deeply nourishing restorative class uses fully supported poses, gentle breath, and extended rest to calm the nervous system and restore balance during the colder months.



Designed to ease tension, support immunity, and encourage deep relaxation, this practice offers a quiet pause from the demands of daily life. You’ll leave feeling grounded, steady, and gently renewed — rooted in rest, not effort.
