You’ll begin by sipping warm cacao — a gentle plant medicine known to open the heart and quiet the mind. Then, you’ll lay back, relax, and let the healing tones of crystal sound bowls wash over you, supporting emotional release, peace, and inner alignment.
There’s no formal ceremony, just a safe, cozy space to drop into your heart and reconnect with yourself.
