5:30 PM – 6:00 PM | Check-In & Registration
Receive your number tag, position assignment, and event briefing.
6:00 PM – 6:15 PM | League Introduction & Dynamic Warm-Up
Meet DFA staff, learn league expectations, and prepare for testing.
6:15 PM – 7:00 PM | Speed, Power & Agility Testing
• 40-Yard Dash
• 20-Yard Dash (OL/DL)
• Broad Jump
• 3-Cone Drill
• 5-10-5 Shuttle
• 1-Minute Max Push-Ups
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Position-Specific Drills
• Quarterbacks: Drops, footwork, accuracy
• Running Backs: Cuts, ball security, catching
• Wide Receivers / Tight Ends: Route tree, contested plays
• Offensive Line: Kick slide, mirror drills, pass protection
• Defensive Line: Get-off, hand usage, pass rush technique
• Linebackers: Coverage, fill, reaction
• Defensive Backs: Backpedal, mirror and react
8:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Competition & Wrap-Up
• 1-on-1 matchups: WR vs DB, OL vs DL, LB vs RB
• League Q&A and next steps for the 2026 DFA Draft
