Reiki and Restore Workshop

Join Paige for this gentle workshop that combines the peaceful relaxation of restorative yoga with the healing benefits of Reiki. Bask in the glow of candlelight while nourishing your mind, body, and soul.

During your 60-minute practice, you will be led through a consciously created sequence of restorative yoga postures (asanas) and breathwork (pranayama) using props. The last 15 minutes of class will allow you to relax and rejuvenate in savasana while receiving optional hands-on reiki treatment.
Affirmation cards and chocolate provided after savasana!

No prior experience in yoga or Reiki is required to attend. Please bring your yoga mat, water, and any props or cozy things you’d like. Bolsters, blankets, and blocks will be provided.
