This summer, we're hosting free, drop-in events in local parks and green spaces with lots of fun for families!
Come along to take part in activities and connect with other people in your local community.
🎪 Activities for all ages on offer:
• PEEP sessions for families with young children, supporting early learning and promoting home learning through the use of PEEP resources and things to do at home
• Face painting and bouncy castles
• Football and sport-based activities for older children and young people
• STEM activities delivered from the Youth Gazebo
• Storytelling sessions
• Infant feeding zone with practical resources and information for new parents
• Young parents’ gazebo, offering a welcoming space to find out more about local support available
• Parenting team representatives on hand to talk through our parenting workshops, course lengths, crèches and other available support
• Physical play and learning resources
No need to book, just come along and join us on the day!
We'd also love to hear from local organisations who would like to get involved in our Play & Beyond events, whether that's by running an activity or being on hand to offer support.
