About the event

MyoYin for Athletes
MyoYin for Athletes blends targeted myofascial release with long, passive Yin stretches to support mobility, recovery, and injury prevention. This workshop is designed to relieve muscle tension, improve range of motion, and enhance athletic performance.

Instructor: Megan

Details: 6:40-8pm Wednesday Oct 8 in PHS Studio

Fee: $40 ($34 for district residents ages 62+); includes a pair of RAD Recovery Rounds to keep
