Are you 11 - 14 years old and looking to get involved in something creative this summer? Join us to explore the natural wanders of Blagdon's meadow. Led by Plymouth Natural Grid Rangers, this nature walk will take you through a green and blue journey in one of Plymouth's beautiful nature spaces. Learn all about the little creatures and plants that live in the city, pick up some surveying tecniques along the way and create your own animal!
Access: This is an easy flat walk with some cemented pathways for easy access.
Meeting point: The entrance of Blagdon's nature reserve in the parking lot. Find here.
Getting there: The closest bus stop is Stannley Place.
Parking: There is a public free parking area just off the west bound carriageway (left turn) off the main road into Plymouth centre. Opposite Nick's Motors. Find here.
Please bring: A raincoat, umbrella and waterproof walking shoes if it rains. Bring along binoculars if you have.
This event is part of a series of sessions that aims to introduce young people aged 11 - 14 years old to green and blue nature spaces whilst using their imaginations and creativity. We ask that they are accompanied by a guardian.
