Eventually Cornwall's Networking Workshops aren't your typical business events. There's no pressure to pitch, no awkward introductions, just a welcoming space for individuals to work on their business and build genuine connections. These workshops are all about learning, collaborating, and growing alongside others who truly get what you're going through.

This month's theme:
COLLABORATIONS & PARTNERSHIPS
_____________________________
At this workshop, you'll hear from three expert speakers, each running their own interactive sessions designed to help you find the right collaborators, foster strong relationships, and build meaningful partnerships that drive growth and innovation.
Session 1: Gary Hewins
In this interactive session, Gary Hewins of TUL will show how understanding behavioural strengths and weaknesses can boost personal performance and team engagement. With 35+ years' experience using the Belbin tool and as a Chartered Fellow CIPD, Gary shares practical ways to align roles to strengths, reduce friction, and improve collaboration.
Every attendee will receive a complimentary Belbin profile with personalised feedback, plus access to case studies. You'll also be entered into a raffle to win a half-day team workshop for up to six.
Session 2: Ellie Denno
In this interactive session, Ellie will showcase hands-on activities that bring teamwork to life - helping you collaborate, communicate, and work towards a common goal with confidence. With Young Enterprise's deep experience partnering with schools, businesses, volunteers, and communities, Ellie brings practical, engaging techniques you can use right away.
