Do you want to learn to Backgammon?

Backgammon, the world's 'oldest' board game, is played by some 50 people every week in Tavistock.
How come?
Because backgammon is a very social game which is easy to learn, (very few rules) however is difficult to master.
To summarise: Backgammon is a racing game, the first past the post is the winner. Backgammon is also a BATTLE. Each player has 15 'soldiers', to be nurtured and sometimes sacrificed.
In the meantime the dice are playing havoc with your plans and you'll need to be able to cope with that.
