Chili 101 and Beer Tasting Class

Enjoy sampling four different chilis, learn the different techniques needed to master them, and see Chef Dave make a perfect fall chili while you savor a local craft beer perfectly paired for each tasting! Taste your way through Texas-style chili con carne, Colorado-style pork green chili, Cincinatti-style chili, and pumpkin turkey chili. You’ll leave inspired to make the perfect chili for the season and recipe cards for everything you enjoyed.
