Shadow Work Workshop : Receiving Your Own Truth — Allowing Inner Guidance to Lead

Do you override your intuition, doubt your inner voice, or second-guess what you know deep down? Many of us have learned to distrust our truth, leaving us disconnected from guidance and clarity.

In this closing workshop, you’ll meet the protectors that block intuition and reconnect with the inner knower who has always been with you. You’ll practice listening to your body and heart, and leave with tools to trust yourself as your deepest source of guidance.

3-Hour Format
Receiving isn’t only from others — it’s also from within. In this session, you’ll practice listening to your body, intuition, and inner guidance instead of overriding it with doubt.

Full-Day Format
Spend the day journeying into your inner guidance system. You’ll map the protectors that block intuition, meet the suppressed inner knower, and practice somatic and meditative tools to receive clarity from within. The day culminates in a collective ritual of anchoring personal truth.
