KUSD Cooks: Balanced Bites

Join us for KUSD Cooks: Balanced Bites, hosted by Emily Riedler, KUSD’s Food Services Director and Registered Dietitian, for an evening of food fun! Participants will explore nutritious snack option and basic kitchen skills, such as chopping and preparing vegetables for a delicious and balanced bite. Families in attendance will also receive simple kitchen tools of their very own to take home!
