An Immersive Women's Retreat to Nourishment, Connection, and Restoration

Gather with other like-minded women and nourish yourself with this 4-day retreat focused on self-care/healing, inner focus and stillness, and the power of community. Nestled in the heart of the Poconos, the Himalayan Institute is the perfect place to connect deeply to your whole self and the inner healer within as we move toward peace and balance. You are sure to return home feeling recharged with a sense of renewal and ease.
Our time together will include:
-Nourishing practices including restorative yoga, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and more….
-Guided hikes
-Outdoor yoga practice (weather permitting)
-Sound Bath
-Evening bonfire and activities (weather permitting)
-Group activities (painting, crafting, etc.)
-Guided discussions and circling up around topics specific to the retreat such as self-care and healing
-Discussions on Ayurvedic/Yogic concepts and ways to find balance through lifestyle habits, foods/beverages, and herbs
-Practical and sustainable self-care practices that are easily adaptable to daily life.

Accommodations and meals are booked SEPARATELY through the Institute. Once you are registered for the retreat, you will receive an email with important information along with links for booking your stay.
Cancellation Policy:
Refundable up until 1 month prior to the retreat minus a $50 registration fee
Non-refundable within 1 month of the retreat (we do understand that emergencies happen and will make exceptions for certain cases)
